Última Milla grant awarded

We are pushing forward the digitalisation of sports training at Crossfit Lanzarote S.L. Development of the Metaverse-based Customer Intelligence System continues, bringing technological innovation to sport in a highly competitive tourism market.

With the support of the Última Milla 2023 grant (application reference: 202400050034145), we are building immersive virtual environments and personalised training experiences, based on a detailed analysis of customer behaviour and preferences.

Key progress so far:

  • Virtual environment design and development: concept work on virtual training spaces, interactive features built for sport and proof-of-concept tests with immersive technology.
  • Content integration and usability testing: creating personalised content, running usability tests and making progressive adjustments based on feedback.

The project has a clear goal: a metaverse-based customer intelligence system that lets sports businesses offer highly personalised, distinctive experiences, increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Crossfit Lanzarote S.L., a leader in fitness and sports training, drives this initiative in response to the need to innovate as conventional marketing becomes less effective. This digital transformation aims to fill the gap in tools that truly understand customer behaviour, delivering a better experience and stronger loyalty.

We'll share the project results soon!
